Reverse Osmosis Additives

Ro System if untreated cause several problem like inorganic, organic, colloidal and befouling resulting in reduced permeate recovery, increased pressure differential, increased permeate conductivity, frequent membrane cleaning resoling premature membrane failure.

Fouling elements like carbonates, sulphates, silicates iron and fluoride etc. reduces permeability of membrane. Our RO additives are highly effective threshold agent that inhibits precipitation of these salts by increasing the solubility limit of the salts.

Descaling Cleaning Practice

Descaling/Chemical cleaning is more effective for the removal of inorganic and organic deposits from process lines and equipments. Our cleaning program is a combination of 3 elements. Solvents (acid, alkali, surfactant), Fluid velocity (stirring, spraying, agination, air rumbling and steam addition etc.) heat (hot water of hot surface). Cleaning is divided into 2 categories: preoperational cleaning and routine maintanance cleaning.

Descaling/; cleaning practice consists of safe and iniform cleaning of deposit (scaling/rust) from the heat transfer surface, process line without metal corrosion followed by proper passivation to check electrochemical reaction after cleaning.

Boiling Water Treatment

Water treatment for generation of steam is one of the most significant branches of water chemistry. Industries use steam, either in the process or generating power. Generation of steam is energy intensive and costly, therefore efficient production and utilization of steam is a prerequisite to keep over all cost of production down. Strategy for the boiler water treatment should be to use the boiler that operated with the highest efficiency for the longest possible time.

Boiler water should practice properly to prevent pitting/corrosion, scaling and carryover. Using some of the following specific result oriented boiler additives can prevent these problems to facilitate fast, safe, economical and reliable steam generation.

Fuel Additive/Fireside

Fuel additives/fireside is designed keeping in mid typical fuel oil related problems and overall improvement in fuel economy. Use of micro floc fuel additives insures reduction in oil sludge, prevention of corrosion in oil storage tank, pipelines and an objective of cleaner environment.

Our fuel additives also help to improve overall combustion efficiency by reduction in soot and clinker formation as well as maintaining desired stack temperature. Fireside chemical contain a combustion catalyst, slag modifiers, corrosion inhibitors and dust suppressants that help overall combustion resulting in better performance of furnace, boilers and D.G.

Cooling Water Treatment

The primary objectives of cooling water treatment are to facilitate easy heat rejection and minimize water consumption. Cooling involve the transfer of heat from one substance to another. The substance the loses heat is said to be cooled. And the one that receives the heat is referred as coolant.

Cooling water for the industries if untreated cause several problem i.e. corrosion, scaling, fouling & microbiological growth in cooling towers, condensers, threat exchange and other parts, resulting in production loss, equipments failure and breakdowns. These problems can be overcome by using corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, dispersants and biocides.

Waste Water Treatment

Synthetic polymeric flocculants/polyelectrolyte is large water molecules made up of small building block called monomers. These materials react with the colloidal materials in the effluent water to formulation of floc. Wastewater additives are polyelectrolyte's, decolorize, cultured bacteria and deformer to maintain desired wastewater parameter, Flocculants do not add soleds and also do not effect the pH of water unlike coagulants and alkali .

Effluent/sewage treatments program consist of complete removal of pollutant and properly maintaining BOD, COD, MLSS and other desired parameters in wastewater. Less or compact sludge should be produced to minimize sludge handling and disposal cost.
