Description Use
AmezTreat 9208 is a synergistic blend of inorganic phosphate designed for the control of corrosion and scale in boiler internals. AmezTreat 9208 provides co ordinate phosphate ratio of 2.6-2.8:1.The specific corrosion inhibitors in AmezTreat 9208 provide corrosion protection by the formation of a protective passive film on the metal surfaces.

Treatment Dosage
AmezTreat 9208 can be dosed directly without dilution. Normally a phosphate reserve is maintained in the boiler water. The proper treatment levels vary with factors like boiler systems, operating conditions, boiler pressure and water characteristics. The product characteristics and viscosity permit easy feeding by on-line dosage pumps. The desired feeding mode is continuous injection to feed water. Our engineers shall assist in determining the exact dosage, feeding rate and mode for individual installations.

Handling Storage
Avoid contact with eyes or prolonged contact with skin. DO NOT take internally.
In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention. In case of ingestion, wash mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting and seek medical attention.
Avoid extremes of temperature and wear gloves and goggles wherever appropriate.
