Description Use
AmezTreat-1522 is an all-organic blend of antiscalants and polymeric dispersants that provides excellent control over mineral foulants in industrial evaporative cooling water systems. It incorporates a synergistic combination of dispersants, threshold inhibitors and crystal distorters to achieve complete control over scaling and fouling. Besides preventing scale formation and deposition, it also helps in removing existing scales, when used under specified conditions. It not only disperses but also dissolves iron oxide, a product of corrosion and helps keep the surfaces clean. It permits higher levels of hardness salts in water enabling operation at high cycles with hard make up water. It is effective over a wide range of pH and water treated with AmezTreat-1522 can be safely discharged without and treatment in the effluent.

Treatment Dosage
AmezTreat-1522 exhibits antiscaling properties by threshold inhibition, sequestration and crystal distortion. In combination with specific strong dispersants incorporated in the product, it provides inhibiting and dispersing ability of all mineral scales, dirt, dust, silt etc. and keeps the heat transfer surfaces clean for optimum heat transfer efficiency. The effective dose levels depend upon factors like water characteristics, fouling potential, other inhibitors used and other system specifics. It can tolerate hardness at high levels in the system (even up to 1500 as CaCO3).Our representative will help you select the most optimum dosage for your system. It is non-toxic and non-polluting at use levels.AmezTreat-1522 must be fed continuously to ensure that recommended levels of residuals are maintained at all times. The product should be fed neat from the container through equipment using non-corrosive components like PP, PE, PVC or Teflon. Handling Storage
HANDLING AND STORAGE: Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with eyes, flush with ample water and get prompt medical attention. Gloves and goggles should be used where appropriate. AmezTreat-1522 containers should be stored airtight under shade and away from direct sunlight.
