AmezTreat-1190 ( ANTISCALANT AND DISPERSANT)
Description Use
AmezTreat-1190 is an all-organic blend of antiscalants and polymeric dispersants to provide excellent control over mineral foulants in industrial evaporative cooling water systems. Besides preventing scale formation and deposition, it also helps in removing existing scales, when used under specified conditions.
It exhibits excellent control over iron fouling. It also provides excellent inhibition of orthophosphate and reconditions it to afford synergistic corrosion control. It permits high levels of hardness salts in water enabling to operate the system at high cycles of concentration. It is effective over a wide range of pH. When used with corrosion inhibitors like AmezTreat-2501 it affords total control over corrosion, scaling and non-biological fouling giving 'OPTIMUM' performance of a system. Water treated with AmezTreat-1190 is safe to discharge in effluent without any pollution problems.

Treatment Dosage
AmezTreat-1190 exhibits scale control properties by threshold inhibition, crystal distortion and sequestration. In combination with the strong dispersants incorporated, it gives inhibition and dispersion of all mineral scales, dirt, dust, silt etc. and keeps the heat transfer surfaces clean. The effective dose levels depend upon factors like hardness, pH, temperature, other water characteristics, fouling potential, other inhibitors used and system specifics. It is recommended for use up to 1500-ppm total hardness in the system for best results. Our representative will help you select the most optimum dosage for your system. It is non-toxic and non-polluting at use levels. AmezTreat-1190 must be fed continuously to ensure that recommended levels of residuals are maintained at all times. The product should be fed neat from the container through equipment using non-corrosive components like PP, PE, PVC or Teflon. Handling Storage
Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with eyes, flush with ample water and get prompt medical attention. Gloves and goggles should be used where appropriate.AquaTreat-1190 containers should be stored airtight under shade and away from direct sunlight.
